Note : Nerds Grape and Strawberry flavors contain carmine. Carmine (E120) is a colorant made from the dried and crushed shells of female cochineal insects. It is used as red food colouring in many food, drinks and even cosmetics. 

MUIS, the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore has issued a fatwa stating that it is permissible for muslims to consume food containing Cochineal/Carmines as it is not derived from anything unlawful.
